A LAMEZIA TERME BUONA PROVA DI LAPUCCI E FORATO

I ragazzi della EMX250 del Team Honda RedMoto, sono scesi a Lamezia Terme per disputare la seconda gara degli Internazionali d’Italia 2016.

Su un tracciato morbido e in stile “Supercross”, Lapucci ha strappato un ottimo quarto tempo nelle cronometrate della mattina, a poco più di un secondo dal “Pole Man” Cervellin. Alberto Forato, con il tempo di 1:40.327, è tredicesimo.

Nella gara della MX2, nessuno dei due alfieri del Team Honda RedMoto parte bene. Lapucci gira la prima curva 13°, Forato 19°.

A questo punto, per tutti e due, parte la rimonta che porterà il n. 211 Nicholas Lapucci al sesto posto finale, mentre il suo compagno di squadra Alberto Forato n. 303 sarà undicesimo.

Accesso quindi per entrambi nella gara ELITE dove fanno una gara fotocopia, nel senso che disputano i diciotto giri in programma uno vicino all’altro. Alberto Forato infatti chiude la prova 17° mentre Nicholas Lapucci è una posizione dietro (diciottesimo).

Ora si rientra alla base per preparare le moto in vista della prova di domenica prossima a Ottobiano.

IN LAMEZIA TERME GOOD ROUND FOR LAPUCCI AND FORATO

The EMX250 guys of Team Honda Red Moto went to Lamezia Terme to race for the second round of the “Internazionali d’Italia 2016.

On the soft ”Supercross“ styled surface, Lapucci caught an excellent 4^th place in the morning qualifying session, only 1 second behind the “Pole Man” Cervellin. Alberto Forato, timed 1:40.327, was 13^th on the starting grid.

In MX2 race, none of the Team Honda Red Moto riders started well. Lapucci was 13^th at the first corner, Forato was 19^th.

At that point they both started a good recover that had taken n.211 Nicholas Lapucci to the final 6^th place while his teammate n.303 Alberto Forato was 11^th.

Both riders got the access to the ELITE race where they made both the same kind of race, riding all the eighteen laps close to each other. In facts Alberto Forato finished 17^th while Nicholas Lapucci was one position behind (18^th).

Now back to the house to prepare the bikes, looking forward next sunday’s round at Ottobiano.
